Purchased a used GeForce GTX 280.

Started artifacting & freezing system less than a year after I received the card. Upon purchase I was told the card has a lifetime warranty with EVGA, and seller would be happy to facilitate an RMA process. After 2 weeks and several attempts to try and contact seller, (still an active & recent HF user) I am left with no response and will be purchasing a brand new card.
