One of the worst online purchase experiences I've ever had. I bought a non-working product (key was no good). I was repeatedly promised help, but he abruptly disappeared and stopped answering my emails and PMs. Communications with me were cut off for more than six months. When I realized seller was still alive (not exaggerating here), I contacted him for a refund. I was treated like *I* was a scammer or a liar. He claimed to be "very suspicious" of my insistence that I purchased something from him (including claiming to have no emails, PMs, phone calls, etc. from me, despite my producing them), but eventually send me a full refund. When I complained about the experience, left *ME* negative feedback.
