Came in clean and fantastic. I installed it, and ran into some weird memory issue. I determined it to be the board. This guy offered to send me the invoice, (Still under warranty), and refund me 50 bucks for my time to RMA and shipping to Asrock.

He was great to deal with and packaged things great. The items did come very smudge up and with lots of fingerprints none of witch was a deal breaker as they were able to be cleaned and when cleaned like new. Only other thing was the back plate for the bridge he sent, it was striped on one side, not a big deal as I found it cheap to replace and I'm almost sure he didn't notice.
He was a great seller and I would easily be willing to do business with again.
