Let me start off by saying the item did not come with any smudges and he included the cleaning cloth so fingerprints were not an issue(apparently that is worth mentioning to some people). He took time off work to get it sent out ASAP and when I saw how roughly it had been handled in shipping I was very happy to find that he had packaged it securely with plenty of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. He paid $50 out of his own pocket to have it insured since my $50 didn't fully cover it and still gave me back the extra $365 I sent him accidentally. When the post office dropped the ball on getting it to me within the expected time frame he called their office to arrange for me to pick it up after hours instead of having to wait until Monday for them to reopen. Everything about the laptop was as described and he included the Alienware recovery discs, owner's manual, mouse pad and backpack.

In short he is the best seller you could hope to purchase from.
