This was one of those deals that falls in your lap. When I contacted Mike, I did not realistically expect to buy his Palm. But he was able to swing another deal and drop $75 off of the price right off the bat. That was nice :) Then there is the professional manner in which Mike conducts himself. The negotiations went smoothly and he was quick to reply, always with courtesy. Within a few emails we had the terms agreed upon. I am a stickler for shipping. And I am happy to announce that Mike is a GREAT shipper, including plenty of packing materials and not skimping in any way. I reciprocated by agreeing to cover his shipping costs, and I don't mind paying a few extra bucks for good service. Lastly, Mike included the newest Palm desktop software and many, many Palm programs on a CDR for me. I also have a cool new keyboard and extra accessories, all for substantially less than the cost of just a new Palm III. I could not find a weak spot in this deal if I sincerely tried, so I am giving Mike a 4 star (our of 4) rating. Thanks again for the pleasant transaction Mike :)
