I normally would\'nt ship first to someone in canada with 3 heat ref\'s but it was a small amount(24.00) and I didn\'t know what the shipping would cost until actually sending it off so I made a deal with him to send them out and then when I gave him the total he would send out an mo

I shipped the games out on 07/26/2009 and informed him of the cost and I
expected an mo to be mailed right out

on 08/28/2009 he pm\'d me and told me he had recieved the games on the day before and that I should be recieving the mo soon and that he hoped he hadn\'t made a mistake on my address

well the mo was purchased on 08/27/09 and mailed on 08/31/09 and I recieved it on 09/03/09


His explaination of this is that hes sorry. he was under the mistaken impression that I was going to ship 1st and when he received the games he would send the MO out.

Very smooth transaction. Robert shipped first as he had no feedback but I wouldn?ÇÖt hesitate to send payment first in the future.

Took a while to get the payment, 2 weeks after i shipped, but everything was fine in the end.

Bought an AMD motherboard/memory/cpu combo

The box came well packaged, but the memory modules weren\'t the exact ones and I couldn\'t get the motherboard to boot.

BUT, Robert took care of this immediately. Since he shipped first, he gave me a discount on the items that did not work out.

I sent a money order for the balance and after two long months of waiting for Robert, he informed me that nothing has showed up on his door step. I inquired the post office and they sent me a check for the initial amount I paid.

I sent Robert a certified check this time and it arrived within a week\'s time.

I would definitely not make Robert send anything to me first without payment ever again. This man is a saint and has all the patience in the world. I trust him completely with any online transactions and needless to say I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

To Robert: Again, I apologize and thank you for being so patient with me. The first money order must have fell into some abyss, but I\'m glad you received the second check :)
