Shipped out fast. USPS lost the package through no fault of his. He was very fast to respond to my questions if he knew what had happened. He contacted USPS and they said they have a 21 day guarantee on delivery then after that it's considered lost. We agreed to wait for their time frame to expire. Was issued full refund the day afterwards. Buy with confidence knowing that if something should happen to the item in transit, you will be taken care of.
