Shipped the same day I mentioned I was interested in the laptop, insured, item in excellent condition, still chugging along happily. Wireless card gave me trouble for a while, but flashing to a whitelisted BIOS let me install an Intel instead of a Realtek, and now it's rock-solid.

Was a great deal at the time, he asked if it'd be okay to ship it without the retail packaging and I said that'd be okay. Everything arrived intact, with the drive stored securely in a USB enclosure which was wrapped in bubble wrap. The drive's still working fine a year and a half later.

Items were packed well: speakers in their original cardboard box, including all the foam corner blocks, and amp (in its original box) and wire in a separate box well-lined with newspaper.

Initially I was sent 8 sticks of 8GB each, but even before I received the first package I got a PM admitting the mistake and letting me know to reject the package. I was a little nervous, but I was given a phone number to call and rejecting the package worked out fine, and the package with the 6 sticks of 16GB arrived the same day as the 8x8.

All in all, it was a little nerve-wracking, but mistakes happen, and this one was handled better than most.
