I bought a PS2 mod chip from him, paypaled him $15 for it almost a month ago, I haven't heard from him since, he has failed to respond to repeated emails.

Bought a RatpadzGS, he only had a few left, and he told me that it had a scratch on it. It's not even noticeable.
