I purchased The Sims online PC game.

Told seller I needed this for a gift and paid extra for priority. He shipped MEDIA mail and the game arrived 2 weeks later. Way past the date I needed it by. The game arrived in a plain envelope and the box was crushed. the seller said that the box was not in great shape when he shipped it so figured a plain envelope did not matter. He apologized for the mix up and said that since he could have gotten much more $$$ for it anyway, I could just return it. I elected to give the game to charity instead. Seller promised to return extra $$$ paid for priority shipping and has not. I don't care about the $$$ and dont even want it. But the sellers attitude was really lacking. He said that he was 75% at fault (?) and that after I have been trading for a while I would see that some deals eventually will turn crappy, like this one did. this was not a high dollar transaction, and it is not about the $$$ at all. I just feel that the seller screwed up and took no actions to rectify.
