Great quick communication. Also shipped quickly. Tracking information was supplied shortly after the package was shipped.
Fans were sent with no protection of any kind, just tossed in a plastic USPS Flat Rate Envelope and shipped.
2 of the fans arrived damaged - One of the corner screw mounts on them were completely broken off
A third was missing 2 corner.
The pieces were floating around in the packaging, so I'm led to believe they were damaged during shipping. An easy situation to bypass with a bit of packing protection or the use of a Flat Rate Box as opposed to the the envelope/bag.
$25 for 2 good fans, 2 usable fans, and 1 for parts (as opposed to 5 working fans) it's not worth arguing to get return or get a refund.
Response from NannerBeansThe buyer has said nothing at all about any problems with the order. If he had even messaged me I would have fixed the problem. As for the packaging, padded envelops are usually enough protection on their own. The post office must have been extra brutal with the package.September 7, 2014
