This guy is a total crook!
We agreed on a price and then he turned around and sent it COD with a high price then agreed! I did not ask for COD but he insisted on sending them out ASAP.
He told me he would send me a refund of the difference. Ya, right! TROLL! Then he has the nerve to post negative HEAT when I refuse to pay the higher price!
