    Purchased FX-57 and it didn\'t perform as described.

    Seller offers to buy CPU back @ $120.00 loss to me. I agree. Seller then says that CPU won\'t boot up properly and implicitly blames me for faulty CPU by sending it back, with no explanation, after guaranteeing payment or sending a CPU with a different stepping.

    Cpu did perform more then adequate with screenshots I supplied to buyer before
    hand, Cpu was returned too me and was tested by two different individuals
    & did not post (3 LEDS on DFI board).
    I offered original POP to buyer for RMA purposes to AMD & cpu with different stepping as requested was not available
    @ time of discussion and mentioned to other party.
