    Sold one AMD FX57 San Diego/retail box with guaranteed stepping for buyer. Was returned not working for an re-buy offer.

    Performance of cpu was
    supplied to buyer before hand with more then one test of cpu working above 30% stock spds on tests. The buyer then claimed after cpu was tried by him that it was an dud. I offered to buy back cpu for price that was agreed. Cpu arrived too me not working, total work time spent to get cpu going was 36hrs on test bench with no success. Cpu was then shipped back to buyer with the offer of POP of CPU for RMA purposes to AMD.

    CPU worked fine here. Just wouldn\'t OverClock to my expectations. Seller guaranteed either agreed upon buy back price or another CPU even after he said he found a problem. He sent back original CPU without explanation. I\'m out over $1000.00. I originally was going to sell it myself when I knew it worked -- but he made the offer without my asking....He sends it back dead.
